Photos

I love photos, I think for me when life is good I like to keep that memory I look back on things and love it so anyway. Photos have always been something fun for me but now its getting crazy I have moved from taking photos to just sorting them. So far this year imovie has imported 7599 photos (10.5gb)

Its crazy the fun thing is that I think I have only taken 20 of those but thats ok! Time to get some dual layer dvds! I also am buying a new printer today (for work), was going to go any buy it for Harris Tech but dick smith $40 off who would have thought that?

My few comments

First, if you know me at all you know that I have a love for the BBC, I enjoy the BBC and go to bed listening to the BBC world service on ABC National radio, my home page is the BBC news website. I think from what I know & see they are the most impartial news reporting service and do there best at leaving their agenda behind them.

Anyway was sitting on night around 2am (I wasn’t feeling heaps well that’s why I was awake..) anyway. Heard a bit on Iraq government, the Americans are unhappy that the Iraq president has not chosen a cabinet and the Americans aren’t happy. From the BBC website “The US has warned that aid to Iraq will be cut if the new government includes politicians with a strong sectarian bias.”

Its funny isn’t it, that first the American’s would like to have a free Iraq and a free government. George Bush said in the State of the Union 2006 address.

“No one can deny the success of freedom, but some men rage and fight against it.” & “First, we are helping Iraqis build an inclusive government, so that old resentments will be eased, and the insurgency marginalized.”

Its funny, it doesn’t match up how is saying that you have to do what we want of you don’t get aid, doesn’t sound very free.

Friends

I have blogged alot in the past about how hard it can be to have friends and how hard it can be to maintain friends.

It’s a hard thing and as I grow up and as my networks move how do I keep relationships or do I move on. I have a friend of mine from school that I really like and have spent alot of time with as a kid, but as I have moved on our relationship has become distant and now I would say is coming to a sad and slow end. Its a hard thing because we can’t be friends with everybody but still is a hard balance & sometimes work but so worth it.

I do miss my friend though, but remember the good times and thats nice.

A weekend off

A problem that i am starting to experience is that I am moving up the change is my organisation in regard to my computer knowledge which is a frustrating thing, I don’t mind it but sometime it starts to get annoying when every 3 people ask you a computer question but its ok, like I don’t want to complain because I love to help people.

A bigger thing though is when somebody asks me to fix something and I can’t but that is frustrating but hey thats ok, I can deal with that.

Had a great weekend, had breakfast with Daniel yesterday we cooked crapes, didn’t have a lot of choices of topping so choclate source was a good option.

After that went into town listent to the cat empire, watched the Narvia movie so that was really nice, enjoyed wierd to see a movie by yourself but was nice for some solitude and for a bit of a break away from people. Then went and got seafood on seaport, really nice. Then went up to the Tamar river park and sat there reading the paper had a great time.

Did some shopping at Kings Meadows, had a swim, dinner with Ben H then caugh up with Levi and Pete all in all a good day.

Today, got up around 11 very nice watched the Pelican brief (which is a top 10 movie), then went for a walk with Pete, caughted up with Michael for a milkshake we have been trying to do for a year! Then help paul with his computer.

Now I am catchup with Jono you also just a got a new palm so we are having fun but he has saw eyes!
