Well a adventures last few days…

First lets start with the good, on Thursday I visited my grandma in Wollongong with Dave. We went to Chili’s, I like Chilli’s alot, they did have a interesting sign though…

On Friday night I went over to Lesley’s place for dinner, so that was nice! I was tired and had to drive so no drinks for josh but was good times.

To the good times…this morning while walking down to my car to walk up and pick the other car up from the shop, I found the window down. It then came to me, there is glass everywhere. Yes my baby had been broken into, glass every where minus a gps, laptop, first aid kit, my medication, cd case and my small change! All up about $2000 worth. My excuss is sooo high its not worth claiming so its all coming out of my money. Also not going anywhere I don’t know because I refuse to use street directories.

Its up at the shop for a $600 new window! Oh it hurts. Off to work now.

I got to talk to Sam on msn today! I can even call him over the next 3 days…

I miss sam too.

Well having a surf around the internet, I found Virgin Blue’s Carbon offset scheme. Once you have booked your flight you go & add your details in. They calculate your carbon usage & allow you to offset and make your flight carbon neutral. For my last flight to Tasmania I payed $1.20, I feel good about that! I think its a good idea. I think I might have a bigger look into how to offset my carbon usage.

When I used to live in Tasmania I lived with a Ben, he stayed in Tasmania when I moved back to NSW. Ben has just moved back to Melbourne & decided that he wanted to visit. The problem with Ben is that he is weird and instead of doing the 1.5hr flight he went for the 12hr train trip there & back and only spend 11hrs with me.

How that figures?

Anyway we had breakfast at Blu Water, a milkshake at pie in the sky, a walk around Brooklyn and then ventured up to the blue mountains via Dave’s place. Ben has never seen it so it was nice to show him around. We tried to have lunch in Leura & everything was expensive and not to our taste so we settled for McDonald’s…

Well I was catching up on the news last night & guess what Apple has done…they have bought out a new iMac. They say its slimmer, faster and has glossy screens.

I want a new one now!

I enjoyed both of them a lot, Carl was had me in tears at one point but was more of continued small amounts of laughing. The umbilical brothers are just a mix of very funny wit, mime & very scripted work. I liked them both but I’ve gotta say the umbilical brothers where my favourate.

I want Akmal to do a dvd….

My question I have been pondering for the past few months. Why are guy toilets always a few more steps than ladies toilets. I would say from my experience 80% mens toilets are further. Why is this? I don’t think its fair.

Well I have chosen a name for my care! Thanks to help from Caro, Ben & Justine. I won’t be going with any of those idea but I am saying with the “F” theme. So today the car is now known as ‘Francine’.

Caro & Justine will recieve a runner up prize for the idea to choose a name starting with ‘F’.

I picked up my 42in LCD TV today which I got from a friend for $1500. Thanks tax return! On the way back I got the price for converting my car to gas. Its gonna cost just over 4k, and you get 2k back from the government. What do you think? Is it worth $2000?

Well I haven’t blog much, my grandma has been really sick in hospital down in Wollongong so been there heaps over the last week but im back yay! Did a 33hr shift yesterday, thats my longest! So anyway back into routine now and hopefully a bit more blogging!

Still gonna be back & forth from Wollongong a bit but will be around a bit more!
