Its over! Time to celebrate!

Well on the way to work, I got the mail from the post office. It was very exiting, first I got a Christmas card & little present from my best friend yay and also I got my letter of offer for uni. So the next two years l will be a uni boy, it is correspondence and only go down to Victoria for a few days ever year I am very exited!

So its a post grad diploma in Adolescent health & welfare, 2 years part time via melb uni. Bit funny for a 21 year old, never completed year 11 & 12 and never walked into a uni now getting into a post grad but hey I am not complaining!

Very soon will be the last time I work into my current job! I am feeling really exited, especially that I have work starting in early Jan. Photos to come, but will be nice at 12pm tomorrow afternoon walk out; never to return

Hope everybody has a great christmas! Im off to work

It has been a family tradition that my dad before Christmas is cancelled, its always a joke and everybody laughs and christmas happens. This year I declared that Christmas is cancelled. I am in no way exited about christmas, I am working, family is all away and everything at the moment just appears to be shit. So christmas day looks like this, get up open my presents by myself (fun!), go to work, come home and drink. Wait! that doesn’t sound that bad. I am sad though, no christmas tree!

For once I say bar humbug and sadly really mean it.

Well one thing I have loved about my job is the amazing different things I do, its crazy one day I am standing in a court, that afternoon I am washing clothes, the next day I am sitting with teachers, caseworkers presenting a report that afternoon doing gardening. Its makes things fun and you never get bored. Today I got to add a new task to my job description, plumbing! Now it is DIY and well wasn’t that crazy stuff but I feel more tough.

(Just to clarify a gay guy adding Drano into a drain is plumbing, it said on the front DIY Plumbing) I also have to say that OHS is great but stupid. I get back from the hardware store and before doing anything I have to order a freaking MSDS so annoying! Only 8 days, 3 more shifts, 5 working days and it all over! Can’t wait

Today I have received 14 phone calls, 4 txts, 8 voicemail’s, 14 emails, 3 faxes. Most are about finding new jobs, so thats good but really now I just let it ring because I don’t wanna talk to anybody for the rest of the day.

Please leave me alone between the hours of 4pm-5pm as I am closed for reservations.

Today I quit my job!
