Well haven’t I been a naughty boy over the past two months, for that sorry but lets move on.

Just a little update

Uni
I have started my uni course this year, overall its ok. Still very scared about how to enage and do the course material with the distance but more how to do the study at the level they are requiring without the understanding of doing a undergrad so its scary and this week is gonna require alot of work and moving past alot of the underlying shit that I do wanna do. It was fun to visit melbourne for the 2 days of classes catching trams and doing the whole uni thing but I was also very happy when it ended, it was just a bit to big for my little simple mind.

Mardi Gras
What a amazing experience marching have so many people happy and celbrating. People where all so happy. More than the experience of marching was for me the ending of a journey of me coming out and also accepting my faith with me been gay. There was just this overwhelming feeling of acceptance and okness for been gay & publicly christian.

Work
As most people are aware that I haven’t been doing alot of work, I have secured employment now working in the inner city for missionbeat with mission australia. The job is ok, not as great paying as I would like but for the moment I enjoy the work and the experience and thats good enough for me. Its gonna be a change of lifestyle as all this work is and the travel to marrickville is gonna be a drag but good enough for me.

Car
Well as most people are aware my subaru forester was crashed whilst in tassy late last year and my lazy & broke self hasn’t got the thing fixed but last week it went in for repairs and what a great feeling that was. Driving a nice camry around whilst my baby is repaired and I am so looking forward to picking her up!

Chaser
Last week Jimmy & adventure sam went ultimo to see the chaser put there new skits to a new audience for the first time and gosh it was funny. I think it will be funnier when they have microphones that don’t sound like they are been broadcast from underwater on the back of a speeding submarine. I think there will be some stuff you wont see in the show but oh gosh it was funny. So good times and thank you RSS feeds.

Everything else
Most things in life are good, having the normal ups & downs you get. Problems with friends makes me sad but again its part of life. Issues with men always provides entertainment, money isn’t great with such a number of different priorities so its gonna be another 3 months of living poor to get rid of some of my debt and start to get on my feet.

Right now
I am about to pack up my things for the weekend over in the innercity as most weekends. For mel’s daughters birthday party (kids party) then off to Al & Mickey’s engagement party with Bec in penrith. The plan is return to Mel’s party (adult) for a long night of drinking sorrows away. Sunday to sleep it off then off to work at 3pm yay for little traffic in the city.

Well after having a great time at the monkey bar in chatswood for anthony’s birthday, after walking elsbath mostly the way home. I was walking up my drive way, there was my forester parked there, the blue imprezza and the mx5. The imprezza’s internal light was on and somebody leaning inside, thinking it was my dad day and a little under the weather I said “hi dad”, and then a guy in his 20’s said oh sorry and walked down my driveway. Yep for the 2nd time in as many months my car was robbed, goodbye Ipod, somehow the last driver (which wasn’t me) hadn’t locked the both the subaru’s least there wasn’t any damage this time but far out I have the shits. Please leave my car alone!

Well today after Megan & I kept complaining about the mat in my car it caused a accident. Yes whilst on the Blackwood Creek Rd coming around a corner my mat got caught under the brake pedal, I hit the dirt span and ran into a farmers fence. Causing “moderate” damage the cop said. So the car car is ok but that look isn’t. So this week looks like my car will be getting repaired, hopefully they will be able to get it done within the week and I get a free rental car out of it. Anyway im ok, car is drivable no damage to engine apart of the car just the body. Nice police man & met 2 nice John guys who assisted in the recovery.

Oh yeah I have also lost my number plate me & the farmer both couldn’t find it.

Will report the outcome of this & my holiday as things progress.

Well I have chosen a name for my care! Thanks to help from Caro, Ben & Justine. I won’t be going with any of those idea but I am saying with the “F” theme. So today the car is now known as ‘Francine’.

Caro & Justine will recieve a runner up prize for the idea to choose a name starting with ‘F’.

I picked up my 42in LCD TV today which I got from a friend for $1500. Thanks tax return! On the way back I got the price for converting my car to gas. Its gonna cost just over 4k, and you get 2k back from the government. What do you think? Is it worth $2000?

Matt & Erin’s new best friends

Well over the last 2 days my car has done over 400kms! Thats right she’s getting a work out! Problem was it was time for give her, her first fill gees it cost alot & using the optimax kills the wallet and a bigger engine doesn’t make things any better. Photos later today

I found it hard to fathom that in just a few hours I will be signing a contract for $34000. I feel scared! But new car in just a few hours.

Well not really but what feels like christmas to me, at 1pm I will be the owner of a brand new car! Do you know how exiting that is. So Subaru Forrester coming my way. Im gonna be soo happy. The problem is that I am sick very sick so thats a bit crap but hopefully I will get better!

Anyway body want a drive on the weekend?

I have to wait to Friday for my car! It was supposed to be Wednesday but gonna have to wait.

Have Jimmy & Anna over for tea, watching a Twisted Mind by Ken Davis very fun. I knocked wine onto the floor not the best move! Work tomorrow
